A scale is shown on the grand staff. The scale type is displayed — you only need to identify the key (root note).

Look at the accidentals (sharps or flats) on the notes to figure out what key the scale starts on.

Click the correct key from the four choices. The root note will be highlighted on the staff after you answer.

Use the Scale Types toggles to mix in Natural Minor, Harmonic Minor, or Melodic Minor scales.
